1. Information Collection

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, such as your name, email address, and phone number. This is strictly used to communicate the status of your instrument and for secure login via Google OAuth.

2. Instrument Data & History

To provide precision service, we record technical details about your instrument (Serial Number, Model, and specific setup measurements). This data helps us maintain a Service History for your guitar, ensuring consistent performance in future visits.

3. Physical Asset Liability

While your instrument is in the Tie-Tuned Hub, it is treated with the highest level of care. However, Tie-Tuned is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues that may worsen during standard tension adjustments (e.g., hidden cracks or failing glue joints).

The 30-Day Policy: Instruments not picked up within 30 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification may incur a storage fee of ₱50/day. After 90 days of no communication, Tie-Tuned reserves the right to dispose of or sell the instrument to recover service costs.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your information is only shared with Supabase (Database) and Google (Identity) to facilitate the technical operation of this application.

5. Your Rights

You may request to have your account and service history deleted at any time by contacting us directly through our official channels. Note: Deleting your data while an active repair is in progress may delay service updates.
